WV Backyard BBQ Team Application

* FULL balance is due NO LATER THAN May 1, 2021 to guarantee your participation.

 The online registration form functions a bit differently on our new site, so be sure to click SUBMIT, you'll receive a confirmation note on the page, then scroll to the bottom of the page to "Complete Registration Here" to finalize the process.  You'll then be linked to the payment page, which will show the total amount, but only bill for the $50 deposit at this time.  Once submitted, we'll email an invoice for the balance due, which is payable as soon as possible, but no later than May 1st.  

Cancellation:  If, for reasons beyond our control, the event is forced to cancel, full refunds will be made OR applied  to the 2022 event (your choice).  Other cancellations by May 15th will receive a full refund / after May 15th, any fees paid will be applied to your 2022 entry fees.   

SCA Steak Grillers:  You may enter the SCA Steak contest online with your KCBS application - no need for another form or to register with SCA - it's all done in one easy step.

SCA Ancillary:  We're adding a fun, new ancillary this year ... "Anything with Coffee" so get creative with a unique java concocti
