About Us
Come enjoy the 11th Annual Almost Heaven BBQ Bash the weekend of June 18-20, 2026 at Jawbone Park in downtown Buckhannon, WV. This special celebration will feature some of the top rated KCBS teams in the US preparing chicken, ribs, pork, & brisket for judging, artists & crafters, live entertainment, delicious BBQ and a variety of other food vendors, a Kids Cake Decorating Contest, FREE Sand Art, family activities, and much more!
We're excited to feature lots of Lego based activities including age-based Lego building contests, Lego displays & demos, workshops with Lego Master Builders, a tentatively planned Scavenger Hunt featuring giant Lego bricks, and other ideas being considered. More exciting new activities to be announced soon!

BBQ Bash Venue
The BBQ Bash is held in the Jawbone Park area of downtown Buckhannon with several hotels, restaurants, bars, art galleries, shops & boutiques, and more within a 1-2 block walking distance from the event site. BBQ Teams, food vendors, arts & crafts, and a variety of family activities will be scattered throughout this renovated downtown park area.
Exit 99 off I-79 - take Route 33 East toward Buckhannon , approximately 10 minutes from exit.
