2022 Turkey Smoke Ancillary

We're excited to be selected to again host a "Turkey Smoke Contest" in conjunction with KCBS and the National Turkey Federation at this year's BBQ Bash the weekend of June 17-18, 2022.
Contest entry is FREE with protein (boneless turkey breast) provided by the National Turkey Federation. You may enter the Turkey Smoke Contest on your Master or Backyard BBQ Team Application while you enter the BBQ Contest. You do NOT need to complete a separate application.
Turn-in will be at 2:00 PM following brisket entries - Saturday, June 18th.
Rules are attached here via pdf with most types of turkey presentation, except ground turkey.
Cash prizes & trophies, totaling $1,000, will be awarded as follows:
