This downtown location offers several restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries, and hotels... all within a few blocks of your cook sites providing an attractive, fun atmosphere for you and your families. "Mystery Box": Thanks to our Sponsor, A. F. Wendling Inc., we're excited to again offer a mystery protein and other items to create a special dish of your choice. Turn ins will be Saturday afternoon after brisket with a $1,000 total cash pay-out.

Cancellation: If, for reasons beyond our control, the event is forced to cancel, full refunds will be made OR applied to the 2026 event (your choice). If you cancel BY May 15, you will receive a full refund - After May 15, fees paid will be applied to your 2026 entry fees.
