Artists and Crafters

*** Come join our 11th Annual Almost Heaven BBQ Bash in Jawbone Park in downtown Buckhannon, WV in a great downtown location featuring several restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries, and hotels within a few blocks of your site providing an attractive, fun atmosphere.  

Artists and Crafters will be located in the lot in front of Pop's Furniture in Jawbone Park, in the center of the event providing maximum visibility and foot traffic to help sell YOUR products.  Local officials estimated at least 8,000 - 10,000 attendees during our recent events.

We're increasing our event marketing and promotion with 10,000+ color rack cards to be distributed at all WV Welcome/Visitor Centers, area tourist stops, Convention & Visitor Bureaus, and State Parks, additional TV ads on WBOY-TV, regular spots on 6-8 WV Radio Stations in central WV and beyond, newspaper ads, our full color Program Book mailed to approx. 8,000 Inter-Mountain subscribers AND distributed at area tourist stops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. the week prior to the event ...with YOUR vendor information included (IF received prior to May 1st for inclusion).

To assure a diverse selection of hand-crafted items, we limit to 2 with similar product lines to provide a better variety to our attendees, and more profit for YOU!

**  Applications, with ALL supporting documents must be submitted for consideration, and will be reviewed on a first-come basis.   Applicants will be notified of acceptance/denial within 15 days of receipt of application.   Those not submitting ALL required documents and fees will not be considered. 

All products to be sold MUST be hand-crafted / no Third Party Distributor items allowed.  Only 2 vendors offering the same products (categories) will be accepted to provide a great variety of products for attendees.

~  Completed / signed Crafter Application

 ~  Appropriate booth space fee (checks payable to:  Almost Heaven BBQ Bash)

~  Itemized list of products you wish to sell 

**  You may only sell items on that list, unless you recontact Jennie Barnette, Director, with a modified list by May 1, 2026

~  Photos of your products and set-up so we can assign proper space for your area

~  Copy of your current WV Business License

~  Certificate of Insurance for $1 Million coverage with Almost Heaven BBQ Bash, Inc. and City of Buckhannon listed as "Additional Insureds"     

~  Crafter / vendor coverage may be available through your personal insurance policy or via ACT insurance online for a nominal fee

        $50.00 - 10' x 10' space  (no power) - IF ALL documents received by Feb. 14, 2026

        $75.00 - IF ALL documents received between Feb. 15 & March 14, 2026

        $150.00 - IF ALL documents received between March 15 & June 1, 2026

NOTE:   ALL products must be hand-crafted - NO Direct Sales Vendor spots available.
