Please note the following before applying as a BBQ Bash Food vendor:
*** EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Receive a $50 discount by registering and paying all fees NO LATER THAN December 31, 2025. The base fee returns to the normal $300 on January 1, 2026, so get those applications & fees in soon and save 50 bucks!!!
DEADLINE: Applications, with applicable fees and ALL required documents, are reviewed on a "first received" basis, but must be received no later than March 1, 2026 for consideration. Your space is NOT guaranteed until completed application, booth fees, and ALL required documents are received - NO EXCEPTIONS!
NOTE: If you have a WV Health permit that covers food truck operations (no tent operations), you may be exempt from purchasing an Upshur County permit as West Virginia now has a reciprocal agreement with ALL WV counties. If you have any questions, please contact Chris Garrett, Upshur County Health Inspector (304 / 472-2810). Permits will be issued during his on-site inspection Thursday afternoon after so you can open at 4:00 PM.

To avoid duplicate vendors, please email almostheavenbbqbash@gmail.com with SPECIFIC items you wish to sell PRIOR to submitting an application, and you will be contacted to further discuss your proposed vendor application. Submitting an application, without PRIOR approval, DOES NOT guarantee a vendor spot.
